This modern day crime is an unfair transfer of wealth (if there was ever such a thing) and people’s futures are being stolen. Perpetrators are deliberate in their actions and not impulsive. They must be held accountable. These scum are one notch above paedophiles. For now, taking everything of monetary value from them is a good start.
